I received today a text message offer from Public mobile to buy a Koodo internet plan with a promo code for a discount but the promo code was reported as invalid or expired at Koodo.
I will greatly appreciate your advice how to deal with this.

I tried to buy this plan and would love to get that deal, but looks like I won't get it, as if Public mobile made a bad joke with this message.

Tanks but as I said, it wasn't an email, it was a text message on my phone. So do you think a screenshot of the message on my phone will do it? What I find strange is going through the process of buying a plan on Koodo websiste the promo code if valid should work for any person who use it first I guess. Also if just contact Koodo and send them a screenshot image of my phone that doesn't show that my name or any other indication that I'm a Public Mobile client and even that message was mine. This looks all very weird to me.

Hello @RossRoss1
Here is a link to the Koodo community forum, just like PM has. SIgn up and ask them there what can be done. I'm sure they have Oracles over there who can help direct your question. FYI, take a screenshot maybe and post there. Just make sure nothing personal is on it.
