In spite of this screenshot taken the day I transitioned to the points program 4 different CSAs have refused to honour it.
Will the great plans currently offered turn out to be just bait and switch?

@Lovespainting , this reward item is a bit of a bone of contention. The rewards were revised to remove the loyalty component ahead of the sunsetting of the legacy reward system. It is out of the hands of the CSA team. It is a Public Mobile decision. Unfortunately, there is nothing anybody can do about it as the change is within the terms of service.

@Lovespainting Yes this is another fine example of why many are upset . This option for 1point for each month with PM was removed right before the announcement. This was only offered to those willing to voluntarily switch to points before the announcement. And instead offering expiring data add on that most won’t ever get to use anyways . So it’s a double whammy punch to the gut . Thumbs down 👎
