HI
Long time Public Mobile user and I just receive a notification that 240GB was added to my account as a thank you.
Yea sure 240GB that expires in 150 days that I will never use is not really a thank you but a total joke IMO.
I know the executives dont care but I had to vent and get it off my chess. Will I switch to another provider, I dont know but I will certainly be looking around. Something I havent done for years.

@BernieD The point of data bonus is to look as if Telus is generous, while incurring a negligible cost. It really is galling to know they could just as easily have made that a data bonus with no expiry date and independent of your plan.

Hi
Did I say anything about the Rewards. I only said that for some of us with the unlimited data, this bonus data means nothing.

HI @BernieD
sorry, no one like this. But mobile carrier has right to change the rewards it offers. We really can't do much 😞
