I am very frustrated with the new Public Mobile announcement that they will be breaking their promise made to many of their legacy customers. The legacy rewards system was supposed to remain in place even if Public Mobile changed their rewards system standards. With the new points system, I will be forced to be a significantly higher amount. I plan to contact the CCTS to forward a complaint on this unjust action by Public Mobile. I do hope that Public Mobile rescinds their push on legacy rewards system customers to their new points system. I would very much like to keep my legacy rewards system and opt out of the forced new points system.
