I, like many here, am very frustrated with Public Mobile and its required switch to Points. I contacted @CS_Agent to try and come to a resolution. After a lengthy back-and-forth where I outlined the issues with public mobile points and its disregard to the legacy rewards system, I was told "I could recommend you to test the new points system for a while. Remember that now that everyone will be under the same reward system, new promotions on plans and on points will star to come up.. ". I am very dissatisfied and am joining the many wonderful public mobile customers who are filing a complaint with the CCTS.
