More to Know, "CCTS is Rejecting Public Mobile's response for the CCTS complaints."

Many people are reporting that Public Mobile was saying that their TOS "Can change" at any time. Many people liked PM for that, but not any more.

Many people felt that it violated the promise of that as long you are a customer with PM you will keep your Legacy Rewards.

But the CCTS decided to keep most of the cases open and rejecting Public Mobile's / TELUS's speaking.

This week or next week you may receive an email or SMS from Public Mobile about the issue.

It does seem nice that the complaints fall within CCTS's rules.

TELUS or Public Mobile has till Mid April to respond to the CCTS.

@Sushi_Combo - I am kind of watching behind a plexiglass window because I am on the Points system.

I am also waiting for the action to unfold by mid-april for the response from PM.
