They asked what I wanted the most to make the Perfect experience here and this is what I replied with:
@mx31 - I don't experience that so I didn't put that in.
good ideas. what about call quality? connection gets spotty sometimes
@hTideGnow - Yes, forgot to say that. As I was used to being a subscriber with my second account then ported out and back and now it is a different rewards system.
