In Why Public https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/why-public, don't just glorify your "virtue" and be frank with your "vice" as well, at least add a disclaimer, so new customers joining PM would know what they are getting into in terms of support and how they expect to receive support. It is second nature to many of us, but it is NOT to all new customers. Burying answers in "getting answers" are not helpful to new customers.
