Would you favour me to change my subscription to $21.00 / MONTH 4G speed, even though I am not a new subscriber, but as an very old customer, as an exception. Please let me know

@Sharmin_Aktar  If you don't get it is the $19 for 1GB at 4G speed of any interest?  It will show in your account as an option to change to for existing customers but is not advertised.

If you ask for it and they give it to you...let us all know. They'll be a rush of existing customers wanting that "exception" too.

I think some people are getting different offers from PM via text , you can try to ask support agent and see if they can help, but lately, most tried but PM declined

@Sharmin_Aktar good luck with that request. They have been turning customers down. But you have to use the chatbot to create a ticket , not here in the Community.
