Fizz Mobile in Manitoba

So Fizz Mobile is now in Manitoba and they are looking for beta testers. $16.50 for 6 months for a Canada US plan then goes to $33 a month 20GB of data. Seems interesting to try out. However, be fair warned, it's on the Rogers network which isn't realizable for me, hence the reason why I switched to PM and Telus.

Anyone else on Fizz with some feedback?

Well, I was going to try Fizz cause it would only be $16.50 for 6 months then $33.00 for 20GB Can/US plan. But then I saw the $34 50G 5G Can/US plan come out today. I respectfully asked to switch to this plan. If I'm able to get it, then I won't bother with Fizz. 🙂

I tried Fizz for about 2 hours I hated it that bad. Yes it’s cheap I was in a “home” zone but my iPhone was showing Fizz EXT not Home or Fizz and iMessage would not activate with my phone number so any iMessages would send from my Apple ID email address. If you are thinking about it try it with a new number first. Before porting number over.

Can't remember, what part are you in again?

I know I have my 2 or 3 TextNow SIM card accounts but I'd be willing to play with this. At $16.50 a month Canada US plan for 6 months....  geesh. Why not.
