Just asking.
It was a surprise at the start, but now that we've gotten the surprise, maybe it is time to lock the mega thread.
I know, I know, I may get backlash, but as some people said, it may just have to get shut down.

I think it should left open. Everyone needs to learn from, and adjust, to this type of corporate behaviour.

@LitlLdy - I wish so too!
But we will never know if they will lock it up, J_PM locked up their post after 2 hours of the Leave of Absence.

@fixin1 , I am not sure what will happen to the tread but unfortunately it has turned into a bunch of drama & bickering between a few members about things that has absolutely nothing to do with the subject of the thread at all! Worse is that it is all seen on a public forum for all to see!
It would take quite some time to remove irrelevant posts from that thread & it will keep happening so the thread may very well get locked due to the behaviour of a few that can’t/refuse to play nice with one another or at the very least ignore one another or take their issues to their private messages!
As far as filing official complaints with Public Mobile that is supposed to be done by contacting a customer support agent through private messages or submitting a support ticket to them in order to show proof of doing so not by posting it on the public community forum to other customers. As a customer we have no control to fix their complaints as much as we would love to be able to. 😞

I do not believe they can. The CCTS clearly state that in order to proceed with an official complaint, the customer must contact Public Mobile. Since Public Mobile is forum based customer service, that thread needs to stay open as there are still customers, some new, posting their displeasure and their complaints. I did bring up the point and surprisingly it was bravo'd by 2 Oracles, that thread got WAY out of control with side conversation, joke, arguments between customers and just trash posts. There should have been two threads from the start. That thread to handle all officially required complaints that the CCTS required and a secondary thread to discuss it. But that's just me. I'm an organizer of sorts.
