Its been two weeks since I rolled my ankle inward and heard a pop. called my GP and said its most likely a torn ligament.. now i have a long recovery road ahead since not a lot of blood goes to the ligaments thus slower healing process..... #rant

So sorry to hear, I did that on my right foot when I was in college playing volleyball. So many years now, two feet looks still different.

I can empathize I just got the third fix for my right hip having had the surgery postponed three months due to the pandemic. Once it heals i can go back on the waitlist for the left hip. If youre really bummed out the bummer tent welcomes all bummed members.

@rhbcc Total Bummer, sorry to hear that. 😞
Sure time will heal, but in the meantime, pain and inconvenience may over-ride some of it.
Here's to a speedy and happy recovery!

Been there, done that ...and it sucks! Torn ligs in ankle are SLOW to heal....and ankle will be weak for years. I found that my ankle is now prone to injury easily. I'd suggest a consult with physiotherapy to reduce pain and on-going therapy.
Good luck.
