tried changing my phone number but now i can't call or accept calls

I moved and decided to change my number to a local number.  Had no problem changing it but now my old number or my new number won't work.

@newfiebelle   It's odd then that it's not working for you.  Have you tried the other suggestions? 

 

If those don't work, then I would submit a ticket to moderators by clicking the chatbot bottom right of the screen and following prompts.

 

Edit:  BTW you may also want to try topping up your account with $1 and rebooting your phone too if the other suggestions don't resolve this for you.

Also log out of your Self Serve completely.

@newfiebelle   Try rebooting your phone.

 

Also when you click on  Plan Details (under My Plan) on the overview page, do you see the new number that you picked there?

Hello @newfiebelle ,

 

Try one or more of the below:

*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

*reset network settings
