When I go to https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/qc/plans#plans-start, one of the plans is 13$ for 250Mb, but when I go to my dashboard at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/, the same plan is 15$. How can I get the 13$ plan (see image).

Once you opt for pre authorize payment and if you give your payment information on your account then you will receive $2 credit . Finally $15 plan after $2 credit

it will be $13 which you are going to pay.

@alberto56

Read the last line under $13 plan

It says autopay required, today makes it 15-2 plan

You will have 15 plan but as long as you have autopay registered you will be getting$2 credit right before getting charged.

The very first time you will have to pay $15 but you will instantly get $2 credit is you registered for autopay

If you are switching plans your credits did apply within 24 hours, all the referral autopay or loyalty should be given in form of credit. If it had been 48 hours or more and you still didn't receive it please contact moderators and they will fix it https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@alberto56 , yes the $2 difference is due to the benefit of using automatic payment on each renewal.

In the province of Quebec, pricing is displayed to include the $2 discounts on plans; outside of Quebec it is not.

You will notice that in the URL for the $13 value shown,  'qc' is included.  If you replace that with the two initials of other provinces, it should display as $15.

FYI,

At the moment , regardless if you are on autopay or not, you will receive the 250 MB of data on that plan.

Your self service account will look like this with the $2 autopay reward that will be used at time of renewal.

The $13 is in effect when you use a valid credit card or Visa debit and enable Autopay.
