Mistake with add-on: Got US Bundle, need Data only

Hello,

I will be heading to the US tomorrow and accidentally got the US Talk, Text, Data Bundle but I realized I wanted the 250MB Data only package. Is it possible to switch? I am not sure how to within the Self-Serve as I don't see the one I got as well.

@coconutcreampie Login to your account. Look at Available Funds and Add-ons. Do you see Available Funds equal to the amount you paid and NO add-on showing? If so, you were lucky to be caught by the double buying add-on glitch. You can just purchase the add-on you really want and it will be deducted from Available Funds.

The system has a glitch that requires a double cycle through "purchase add-on" to actually activate it.

Anything else, you will need moderator assistance.
