Hi there,
Hope someone can help with an issue I'm having.
I am on the $10 off $40/3 months plan, and now I want to change to a new plan. When I try 'see more options' I encounter this error message :
HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden
Has this happened to anyone before? How can I change from the 8.5GB to the 4GB plan?

Website also can be finicky. Trying a different web browser, clearing cache or incognito mode sometimes works. Chrome incognito seems to work well with this site. Or give some time in between attempts.

@SonjaAll the plans are on the front page now. Dont' click on See more options and pick from the list, it will be fine (There are a lot less plans to pick from since you selected your plan).

I had this error yesterday when I was choosing my number, it appeared to have timed out. You could try logging out and in again or use a different browser and see if that helps.
If you are still unable to change the plan submit a ticket to the moderators by clicking on the green ? in the bottom right corner.
