Warning for long distance calls

Can you set the system to distinctively warn the user or even ask for permission if it requires using the long distance minutes since sometimes it will warn the user that the call is long distance even though its within the same province. So there is no way to tell the 2 apart from when its actually using minutes or not apart from memorizing area codes.

Nope, it doesnt tell you if it is LD.

By the way, this shouldn't be in the lab...
