PM should create a top banner in the community announcing the times when customer service is available.
Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST)

My only worry is doing this people (esp new port ins) might *expect* a response if they post during the posted times
