I have a suggestion for a cheaper voice option. Perhaps unlimited calls to a couple of numbers. Like 5 or 10 numbers or something. Perfect for people who rarely call, but do sometimes call a few specific people. Or even an unlimited calls to toll free numbers or something so someone who very very rarely calls, could still make calls using say a calling card... Or even allowing pay per use calling. I very rarely call to the point where if it costs me more than like $5 per month to add on calling to a couple specific people, I'm just going to call them on voip using data.

I hope not. Seems to me PM's target market is not everyone, rather it is clients who want a lot of calling, or a lot of texting, plus, maybe, a bit of data. Presumably you are thinking of someone wanting "a lot of texting" and a bit of calling. If so they could take the data add-on and install a VOIP app, such as Fongo, to make their calls.

Mostly I'm just frustrated that I have to go the Fongo route. Calling works out quite nicely most of the time so far for me. But there is that odd time when reception is horrible. Texting works perfectly fine though so far. It's kind of rediculous that I can get unlimited text and data for less than $2 in the voip option but if I add it to a data plan here, it's like $15. I'd rather not have to use voip, I'm just not willing to pay an extra $13/m to avoid it.

I guess I'll just have to wait to find a better voip option that does voice and text better than Fongo if voice/text rates don't ever go down.
