Self Serve, more verbose detail please

Hi There, 

I pay for 3 accounts, I'd like to see more than one admin per account, 

My personal account isn't a problem, but locating my sons details (which email account was used, their password, PIN, etc ... ) is a major frustration to me.

I only login if there is a problem, and this community BBS is well cumbersome.

Could you perhaps have a lookup where the customer enters their phone number and the login details would be emailed to the address that is on file?  If the email is now dormant or whatever reason, then the moderator can jump in.

That alone would be a blessing, to both us and the mods,  hope this helps.

I use lastpass and it records all my passwords and there is a spot in there for notes as well.  I would  not expect much change anytime soon, PM is unable to fix their password reset feature let alone other bugs.  We all have to find workarounds that will work for each of us.

@steveb144, it's never too late to change your username. I incorporate the phone number right into the username so that it's easy to remember.

LastPass is awesome. And it syncs between devices now for free, which is fantastic.
