I really think that Public Mobile should really invest in upgrading the My Account Self Service User Interface to Bootstrap 3, with a streamlined clean interface with better functionality.
Things like Exporting Call Logs, Data Logs, and being able to sort only one of the other. Generation of invoices for download, Billing history and more. The self serve is very bogged down and not very mobile friendly, Using Bootstrap would allow for a better user experience in both desktop and mobile, with most people opting to use mobile i would assume.
This is one thing i feel will improve user experience, and bring Public Mobile into Today with things that have been missing up until this point.
Public Mobile: UI/UX design needs to be updated to be more user friendly so that the experience for users can improve and bring mobile access to the my account in a better user experience, along with other feature requests that i have noiced everyone has been asking for, creating multiple "idea's" in the public lab for things like exporting/generating invoices, call history, data history and more. This is something that investing in now will help in the future as public mobile becomes larger and has an increase in customers. Nobody likes being "behind" the curve, but atleast this way you can catch up to that curve.
