I always do a search before posting to see if my issue has been addressed. As far as I am aware, search results come up in the order of most relevant responses. If I am posting something which was resolved, but has become an issue again, I would have to read through all posts, since there is no option to list hits in chronological order. I have seen other forums where one can specify how they want results to appear.

Since Public Mobile's primary support is through the online community, it would be great if members could specify how they want search results to appear. Examples would include: Most recent posts, most read posts, most relevant posts, most kudos on posts, etc...

This would make searches more efficient, help members avoid double posting, and save members' time.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a suggestion/idea to the Public Lab! I read your suggestion and if you look at my screen-shot everything that you've mentioned can be done today using our advanced search feature.( the left pane can be used to narrow down your search) Let me know if this helps?

Hi @MF,

I think that the main problem is we (all the forum user) don't properly use the "tags".

Proper used of the tags would make the search engine more "intelligent"!

Hi @makkahn28,

If you do a random search, this is the result screen.

@makkahn28 @Jeremy_M

That's exactly what I was looking for but I can't get the page to load with those options. This could be an issue with the device being used, the OS on the device, and/or the browser being used; or it could be a combination of those factors.

At the very least, a customer should be able pull up a fully fuctional Public Mobile site on a smartphone, given that you are a cellular provider. If it isn't possible given the public Mobile UI, it either needs to be fixed, or cell phone apps need to be created for different platforms.
