I think PM should have a gauge to dis[lay to potential PM client of where they are during activation process, as some ppl might not know if account up and running. Like have a detailed time-line map from start to finish, so that ppl know visually too. Also, if PPL do encounter severe issues and their experiences were not so pleasant, PM should either sweeten the deal or refund their $$$, as it's the right thing, and to display good-faith, and also bestows courteous and sincere regard to a Client's experience all around
