I know there have been more than a few suggestions to get an App for cell phones.  That appears to be under way.  Hoping the navigation will be way better that this website.

Hence my suggestion, the entire website needs revamping !   Too confusing, too many places to click (for same information/answers).  I'm suggesting some simplified navigation.

Using the landing page to start (https://www.publicmobile.ca). As an example, there are big buttons/icons at the top with Get Started, Plans, Rewards, Community, Get Help. These icons have no explanation.  Then at the bottom of the page the same headings are repeated but then they do have the sub-headings.   Why not just move all the headings and sub-heading right to the top (under the icons or use the icons as the headings), then remove the links at the bottom completely.

More (repeated links) are the Plans and How to Pay in hte Blue section.  Why not move that to the top as well?

Also on this page https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Public-Mobile-Community/ct-p/Public_Mobile_Community there is advertising for Fresh Phone ?  This might be better suited to place it in the Get Start section.

If you need any clarification send me a private message.   Hopefully this will make it easy for navigation and find information for anyone interested in signing up.

I would agree that we need for FAQ type stickies so that people can be directed to do self learning.  I still see far too many frustrated customers ranting in the public forums.  That is really bad for business as new customers considering the service sees these rants and run for the competition.  We have come a long way since the remake of the community forum.  We just need some tweaks here and there, not wholesale changes.

it was just recently re-vamped. It will never truly work for everyone. If people do not stop and look they won't use it properly.

Discussions used to be at the top - oh boy did the rants love going there (and every topic...) now people use the proper sub forum better imo.
