Hi folks,

I was advised to post it here though it's not an idea, but this is the place where it may catch an eye of community managers. So here is the issue:

I have autopay enabled with a 90 days plan. However, on the payment day I received an SMS with the following text:

Public Mobile here. Thank you for your payment. Your plan has been renewed for another 30 days. Now we can keep the conversaion going.

It's very confusing becaise I know I am supposed to pay for 90 days, but the confirmation says 30. Went to my profile, everything is fine there. So I suggest PM to tweak the text in their messages to trully reflect the duration for which clients pay. Just to avoid any confusion.

Cheers!

thanks for noticing @johncross.

Yeah, I had the same text yesterday when they confirmed my payment. I really thought it was just 30 days and went to my account immediately. Good thing it was just a text error.

I'm sure I'd be having a meltdown at my computer! LOL. Glad everything is fixed!

May I suggest to word it this way:

"Public Mobile here. Thank you for your payment. Your plan has been renewed for another period that you have previously selected. Please see your online profile for details on your current plan.  Now we can keep the conversaion going."
