Hi I forgot my password last year and I still can't get into my account ...I go to forgot my password put my correct email twice then it freezes does nothing.. and is very hard to talk to someone from public mobile since I got this new plan ...I was one of the fist users since they first opened stores..I had all my family phones under public now this is the last one active .. please fix your site
