Plan with Data by usage

This may be lifted from other providers and I would still prefer unlimited data but it would be nice to have the option to have a plan where the data buckets were automatic. If I use < 1GB I pay a flat 1GB rate, once I'm over that I pay for the 3GB bucket, if I'm over that I pay for the 6GB bucket, etc.

Basically an extension of the existing plans but rather than paying for X data, I pay for the bucket I use. Preferrably going up much higher than the existing top data amount.

Second this idea! More flexible and while most of time we do stay within the plan, occasionally we want to go over without being panic or when travelling we don't want to waste.

I don't see how this can happen when Public Mobile is prepaid.

That is a post-paid type of feature, not for a prepaid service.  Don't think it would happen.

I was thinking this wasn't that far off of a auto-pay since they're still set agreed amounts but instead of a time interval it's a usage interval but it could be dependent on having enough balance in your account to cover the new data bucket and not so much of a "charge as you go" which may be considered more in keeping with being prepaid.

No phone line, no no post paid, no shock charges, no frills.

Public Mobile should not consider this.  Too much effort to implement with out post paid option.

Not true...I have a pre-paid with Telus and Virgin...for $, when $ <$5, triggers auto-top-up of acct with preset amount. 

I would expand this idea to require approval for next tier so it just does not go on and on...
