This is what shows under plan details for those of us with the 2016 fall promo.  Having "Expired" as an included item in the plan causes nothing but confusion.  Many customers ask what it means and they worry that upon renewal, the expired plan will no longer be available.  Suggest removing the Expired item.

Agreed. Remove that term expired. Create lots of confusion.

Causing confusion might not be the intent.

Also remember that if the person changes plan, they will not be able to go back to this plan. So perhaps changing "Expired" to a disclaimer that suggests this would be better.

Anyone who is still confused by this should stop complaining. It has been explained, over and over again.

@will13am@stonechucker: the ironic thing is: you both bravo'd this exact idea when I proposed it a couple of months ago 🙂

@srlawren, a good idea is worth repeating. I had forgotten about this suggestion being made already. I recommend they implement your suggestion and close mine as redundant.

@srlawren I hate seeing things over and over.  This is why I didn't bravo.  I've been on the plan for 9 months or so, it doesn't effect my plan, I understand it's an expired option that was simply a rename.
