I haven't got my SIM card yet

I ordered a SIM card on November 5,2016. I got an email from my another email address(wsf08@hotmail.com ), the email shows my card is on the way. But I haven't got it yet.

I got my confirmation and shipping email from customerservice@publicmobile.ca  Not sure about the Hotmail. com
