Clean up public lab

There are curently 54 pages of ideas in the public lab which is about 1080 topic ideas.  I think PM should go through them and and assign 90% of the brand new items (many of which are not brand new) to their respective categories from thinking about it to not for us.    

I would also add a category waiting community feedback (posts that are more than 2-3 months ie not brand new , but no decision has been made.).  

I would also merge and or delete some of the duplicates (not sure if its possible)

It would also show that the powers to be are listening/paying attention to our ideas.  as it stands it just seems its pointless to post in the public lab since it looks like items are not even  reviewed.

 Going to tag @Jeremy_M hopefully he can comment, not really sure who is incharge of the Public lab

@JackL never going to happen consistently.  Someone should be triaging the ideas on a regular schedule, as @mimmo suggested.

 @Jeremy_M, @CS_Agent  we are at 682 "brand new" topics.  

Is there any way someone can spend some time to clean /triage the topics to somthing more managable?  We have many more active Mods now....  I think it is time to Merge delete and assign topics to various categories. there should be at most 30-50 topics in the brand new section.
