Invoices need to be downloadable from account for expensing purposes

I use Pub Mobile for business purposes and need to expense by payments.  This requires an invoice even though the payments are automatic.  This is necessary for any business expense.  Please accommodate asap.

This is quite timely for me. I just sent my first invoice request yesterday. should get it within the next 30 days.

If asking for invoices please provide the folowing info as this is what they asked me for:

First name: 
Last name:
Street address: 
Suite/Apartment (if applicable):
City:
Province:
Postal Code:
Customer phone number
Account #
Email address (if possible):
Requested Month / Period
Amount paid

The fact they don't have this is ridiculous. Every business should give you a receipt.

The current process seems amateur, but it usually only takes a few days to get a receipt by email in my experience.
