Canada Short Code SMS not working

Cannot send TEXT to 736868 (SDM Optimum)

I've Unlimited Canada Wide Texting plan, and using a wp8 phone.  I texted 736868 for the Shoppers Optimum offer, which I'm quite sure it's a Canada offer only.  I received "Public Mobile here.  Sorry, we do not offer text messaging outside of Canada at this time."

Please kindly fix the Canada short code texting issue, Shoppers Optimum is within Canada, so it should be working.  Thanks.

I think PM will eventually get the Canada short codes functioning and on Canada-wide txt too.

It would be in PM's interests, as well as having an advantage over other prepaid carriers where short codes are either not in service or very few in between.
