I noticed that ppl who are porting to PM from Telus or Koodo use same emails, and issues arise with porting and activations
If PM had their own instead of using existing, perhaps this would cut down on this going wrong or that going wrong, while still retaining access to the HSPA+4G network.
Ans, if PM can find ways to streamline things like the email syatem, common tech issues, and perhaps add text help along with FB and twitter help, and email us, as well as community co-op, perhaps this may lead to some golden years of positive experience and more ppl joining for the wonderful service available.
Though up to PM, I personally suggest PM at least exploring options to reduce the amount of tech issues flying about.
