On the PM primary web page add a note in the banner to the effect:

"Public Mobile runs on the Telus national network."

Not sure if they can get away with that, since it would be conflict of interest with the parent company.

They probably dont want to move a customer from the high revenue company (Telus) to the no frills one (PM), but that is my guess.

@jairolevi Seems an unlikely confilct of interest to me since we'd all migrate to the cheapest available if PM closes, plus Telus would like customers wanting lower prices to stay somewhere "in the fold".

FYI: Here is an example from England: where giffgaff has the same relationship to O2 as PM to Telus:

That is OK.

The alternative way to mention that is that PM is a "White Partner", which means that they have an arrangement and share resources and infrastructure with each other for a common goal Smiley Happy

Great point ......  BRAVO again

But Public is only on Telus network if you live out west

Those of us in Ontario or Quebec are on Bell

And some areas are even on regional local networks

Coupled with the fact that Telus itself can use extended roaming on Rogers (Public can not) it can be very misleading to advertise like that

Hey @Luddite,

It's funny you mention this because it's something we've been discussing internally recently. We're not sure where we'll land at this point but our conversations are not dissimilar to the banter you guys have going on here.

It is true that we run on the same network as TELUS nationally (@kav2001c - TELUS and Bell share networks, you are correct, and Public Mobile has the exact same reach as TELUS nationally). Right now we're calling out that we're on Canada's Largest 4G/LTE network but, like you, we're not sure that's powerful enough!

Stay tuned for what ends up happening!

Thank you @Cat_L

I don't follow through with which company has deals or not and who they are associated with or not. From what I can see Public Mobility is presenting themselves  in a great way and is serving with a good model to the general public, that is to chose if you want TALK, Text or Data and how nuch.....  Rather than the bundels plans that others are offerning to the public, it comes dow to choice. Great on Public Mobile.
