This is a companion idea to the one @kav2001c just put up here but I think Simon should often give a link in it's options to send the query to a community search.
From reading the regular forum posts, it seems many people don't want to do a search before posting and although they may as not be using Simon either, the people who do might not think to search the community even for a question Simon thinks it nailed. Like I asked about roaming to a country that isn't the US and it gives me all this info on US roaming. If the extra options afterwards were like "Search the community" or something, they might see an answer before posting about it.
