PM NEEDS to consider, Idle A/C Option, ESPECIALLY IF you have PROMO

I think PM needs to REALLY Consider a Option to IDLE A/C When on Extended leave, ESPECIALLY IF you have a PROMO Plan that's NO LONGER available.

i know koodo allows you to get an extended absence plan fro $15/ month  but when you return you have to get a current in market plan.  I think we are lucky that we can not pay for 90 days and keep our plan and our number.

I agree that the 90 days suspended is quite a great feature compared to the competition. PM shouldn’t definitely never get rid of this!! It is one of the competitive advantages they have. Extending it to 6 or 12 months would be even better if it was possible. But I would rather it stay at 90 days and not loose the feature. The company does need to turn a profit too.

@makkhan28, you are aware that the current rules on account suspension is one of the best if not the best in the industry. Is it possible to bleed blood from a stone? If I was granted 3 wishes to improve the service, I would not waste it on this.

Chatr is actually a 6 month time to top up (compared to Publics 3 month time)

Promo plans are promo so should be subject to restrictions, but there should be a paid option to keep number at low cost for more than 90 days
