Make Simon More Visible

Public added the Simon bot to assist with common questions (eg settings or how to contact mods) but it seems many users do not notice Simon or rarely ask him anything instead we get same posts, problems, and responses in community.

We need some way to make Simon more visible.

I find it out of the way as I use zooming software on my screen, and I don't notice the Simon interface (normlally).

However, If I were using a regular computer and saw the Simon interface, I actually would want an option to turn it off, as for me, it isn't useful.

But then again, I already know how to search in the forum for possible solutions before I need to ask for something that I can not find.  I have attepted previously to use Simon, but that was when it was in BETA.

I think simon has improved a little since the last time i used it.

I ask him his name and he replied but also offeredn em how to cntact mods, set up data, and see the current wait time  (2 hours)  I wonder if this last one ever changes 🙂

honestly I think a  "before you post" stickie and a faq would solve most of the duplicate posts.
