It would be great if we could have a section in the self-serve portal where you can enter the phone numbers/names/dates of people you have referred, but not shown up in your list.
I know it's not a high priorty right now, but this willl provide relief from the amount of direct messages received (clearing up the current backlog) and it will keep the information you need at a later date to validate the referrals provided.
A more advanced solution would have it be somewhat automated and manual reviews for more exceptional cases.
