It doesn't look like they will launch the fall 2016 promo again this year probably because of the issues with support and the system they had for a couple of months. They did gain a huge amount of customers, but that frustration sort of holding them back when they think about launching it again. They did launch an exclusive promo similar to the fall 2016 promo but limited to FM customers only. It seemed like a good idea to lower the new activation compared to many non limited activations at once. Later on, that battle did not turn out so well.

 

So i am thinking, if they really want to launch a hot promo like the fall promo but at the same time limit the new activation to keep the pace slow, how about launching similar plan for a few months exclusive to community members with some amount of post or bravos. Based on their activities, they can manually offer the plan. This will bring some new community members who will engage with others and potentially help others. We can all agree that so far 2017 was unpleasant and did not deliver what we all hoped for. They need a boost as of now to convince us the future it holds.

If the other providers have such great loyalty plans for existing customers, why are those of us with the Fall Promo 2016 here at Public Mobile?  It's because we were fed up with the other providers.

 

For my needs, I can't find the same plan for even close to what I'm paying, and I'm saving currently, about $40 per 90 days, from all the rewards here at Public Mobile.

This whole idea seems to be a woe is me, I missed the fall promo plan. Give it to me cause I'm still here. What about the offer we had about 2 months ago? That WAS the fall promo plan for about $15 more per 90 days. Did you miss that offer too? Stay awake, be vigilant here and stop whining.
