Hey. There is no way to reach you despite all the pretentions.  My wife is locked out, can't request a new password and thus can't pay.  Now we have to run around looking for a new provider ... Pure bs.

I had email 20 years ago and you still don't.  Ha ha ha.

PM is an online only cell phone service provider and all support requests go through the community. The moderators are PM employees and will help with your account related issue on a first come first serve basis.

Use this link to send a private message to the @Moderator_Team, include all relevant information in your message, such as account number, phone number, problem description.

@123dawncoyote Sorry to hear about your issue. 

 

First of all you have posted in the wrong section since this section is for new ideas only. 

You should be posting in an appropriate section as as "paying for your service". 

 

Second, at public mobile, the method to contact the staff to get help is by sending a private message to @CS_Agent, which is same as an email but more efficient and organized. 

 

In your private message to @CS_Agent, please don't forget to include:

 

- explaination of your issue

- your phone number

- your account number.

@123dawncoyote, just a heads up, in case you leave, and you want to keep your wife's existing phone number, her line/account NEEDS to be active. so if she currently can not make calls you will need moderators to 1) reset her password 2) you will need to top up funds to the cheapest 30 day ext only plan, 3) you will need mods to iniiate the actual plan change as they can not be done on expired accounts.

 

If you message teh mods as mentioned above with all teh needed info  they will reset her password in no time at all
