@Veronacoffee , the amount of data remaining in an account is found in the overview tab of the self serve account. Do you see a line item showing how much data was used? If not then according to the system, it has all been used up. There were issues with accounts renewing but the data counter did not reset. If you are out of data and you suspect the data counter reset issue affected your account, you need to get the moderator team to investigate and correct the problem. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Please include a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution. Plan paid up April 24 Only 2 Mb data of 500 Mb used . Appears this usage is associated with attachments to texts. Have no mobile internet since plan renewed for May. Sent notice to moderator last night but no response yet
