Auto paid for May cycle...Data did not reset so have no mobile internet...wi fi only...sent 3 messages to moderate team...no response. Any suggestion how to resolve
Plan paid up April 24 Only 2 Mb data of 500 Mb used . Appears this usage is associated with attachments to texts. Have no mobile internet since plan renewed for May. Sent notice to moderator last night but no response yet
