Wrong SIM Card, card too wide, pins on Telus card on edge, PM card pins not on edge

Received a Public Mobile SIM card. Phone is Samsung Galaxy S5, model SM-G900W8

Telue sim ard has all pins on top edge of sim ard

PM sim card too wide for sim slot and the pins cover the whole bottom of the card

Need to talk to tech support.

@BandB  That's not a telus SIM that's a micro sd card. Same size and it will fit in a SIM card slot.

The picture you posted showing Telus sim..it is not the sim card. That is an SD card which likely was in your phone to add more memory.

@BandB  Can it not snap away from the housing to the size you need? You would want the nano size to stay in the micro frame. 2 pieces rather than the three shown.

@BandB  Your S5 takes a micro SIM card. That is the middle sized SIM or the dark orange one in the above diagram.
