@amayassi  If it's the Y9 Prime 2019 it has very limited LTE connectivity B5 and B7 but it does support the 3G bands B2 and B5 so you should be able to use it on 3G.

@amayassi There can be mulitple versions of a model, some compatible and some not. Which carrier was this phone used at before?

• open settings>advanced settings
• tap backup & reset
• tap network settings reset
• and tap network settings reset to confirm
• restart your phone and test

@amayassi  Try manually connecting to 3G and test.

@amayassi  hi is the Y9 unlocked? If not go to your previous provider ask for unlock code
