Your account balance is the amount of credit that is currently available on your account and is not the amount that you owe for your plan renewal.
The amount of your balance appears on the overview page of your Self Serve page as shown by the arrow below.
Your next payment amount is your monthly plan and add ons, minus the balance that is on your account.
If your balance is greater than your next payment amount, you are not required to make a payment.

In order to make a payment using credit card through the automated phone service, your credit card needs to be registered online on your Self Serve account.
Once it is registered online, you can dial *611 from your device to make a payment.

Your payment due date is the date when you are required to top up in order to maintain your service. It is 30 days from the date you last renewed your plan. Your amount due is based on your Rate Plan plus Add-ons minus Balance remaining on the account.
This date appears under your balance information, as shown by the arrow below.
