Hello, I have the same issue, I've added money to my account but the system isn't reactivating it, please help. I've sent you a private message with my phone number. My service includes unlimited text and calls.

@Salonduparadigm You have posted to an old thread. In future you will have more assurance of help by creating your own topic on the forum  (which I have done for you today), or sending a private message directly to the moderators (which you seem to have done 👍).

The moderators leave for the day shortly; so, you may not have a response until tomorrow. 

Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi, or on cellular data.
