Hey I paid my bill on the 16th and you guys took out a second payment yesterday! I need to know how to fix this because now my account is in the negative

Ask the moderator team about this, they may be able to reverse the charge.

Is your plan active/working?  Did you recently change plans?

 

Maybe a screenshot of your payment history may provide more information.  Omit any personal information.
