Bonjour, y a-t-il une quelconque forme de rabais que ce soit avec contrat ou pas qui permettrait de sauver de l'argent en achetant un nouveau téléphone chez Public Mobile en même temps qu'on achète un forfait ?

Autrement dit, y a-t-il le moindre avantage à ce que j'achète mon nouveau téléphone chez Public Mobile plutôt qu'ailleurs (assumant le même modèle au même prix) sachant déjà que je vais m'abonner au service de base ?

Basically, if I understand completely Public Mobile's offers, there can be discounts on phone prices on their own (as it is the case for Black Friday apparently) and separate (unrelated) discounts for service subscriptions but there is no discount offered that is conditional to both the purchase of a phone and a service at Public Mobile ?

In other words, subscription offers and phone sales can be weighted and compared against any competing offer separately ?

yes that right is it a separate for buy it phone device,

and separate with your getting Plan, 

but first you need to Activate Plan to you have service with Public Mobile

and when you buy it phone device from Public Mobile you need to put it same your email address in your account to you getting that offer for one time $30 off for phone device.

and if you don't have service with Public Mobile also you can buy it phone device from website but you will not getting that offer for $30 off..

Oui, fondamentalement, l'achat de téléphone et le forfait ne sont pas liés dans PM.

Il n'y a pas de réduction de contrat pour obtenir des téléphones de PM

Mais, les ventes du Black Friday par téléphone sont un crédit de 30 $ sur votre compte PM existant, si vous en avez un. Cependant, vous pouvez toujours acheter le téléphone avec le prix sur la page Web même si vous n'êtes pas un client PM (bien sûr, ils ne pourront pas appliquer la remise de 30 $ sur votre compte PM, alors)

Les forfaits Public Mobile et les téléphones Public Mobile que vous pouvez acheter sur leur site Web ne sont pas liés.

Donc non, il n'y a pas de forfait spécial disponible pour acheter un téléphone et un forfait avec celui-ci.

En fait, n'importe qui peut acheter des téléphones Public Mobile même s'il n'est pas client de Public Mobile.
