how to check my ticket's status. It's has been 2 weeks.

Another two weeks passed, there's still no any response to my ticket! One month is still not enough for you to fix my reward problem? How difficult should it be?

if it is something super important, then re-send them a private message...if it is just some referal issue where you do not see the credit, then please wait, as the mod's are fixing more severe problems first..
