@ron59  Power down your device and remove the sim, wait 5 minutes re-insert the sim power up and test again.

Has it ever worked?

 

What does your account status say when you log into your account? Active or suspended?

 

While in your account click "change sim card" and see if the last 4 digits of your aim on your account match your sim in your phone.

 

What is make and model of phone? Is it purchased second hand?
